It is a great choice for powder rooms or bathrooms. Coastal Countertops does not recommend marble for kitchen counters because it is more easily scratched and can absorb spills faster than granite, causing it to stain easier. However, if you desire the beauty of marble countertops in your kitchen, we highly recommend having the Dry Treat secondary sealer applied during the installation process.
